Glen Benson joined the O’Riordan Bethel Law Firm in 2009 as the Director of Business Development. In addition to his marketing responsibilities, he is also a certified EEO Counselor and works with the Firm’s EEO and labor management professionals to mediate and investigate employment claims under the EEO laws.
Rev. Benson holds the distinct honor of being the first dual degree graduate of Master of Public Health and Master of Divinity in the country and has worked in various development capacities with faith-based institutions. Through his work, Mr. Benson developed grants in the area of public health and behavior modification, performed community outreach and new church development, created youth mentoring and behavior modification programs and provided life skills counseling. Rev. Benson is also an ordained and fully licensed Presbyterian Minister.

Ms. Montano joined our firm in May of 2005. She brings more than 15 years of management and administrative experience to our team. Ms. Montano handles the billing and client intake processes for the firm.
Samantha Piercy joined The O’Riordan Bethel Law Firm in March of 2015 where she provides administrative and paralegal support for partners and associates.
Ms. Piercy moved to Washington, DC from her native Texas in May of 2014 shortly after earning her Bachelor of Science with Honors from Texas Tech University. Upon arriving in Washington, Ms. Piercy began an internship with the Office of Congressman Pete Gallego where she performed administrative and research tasks for senior congressional staff. Ms. Piercy also completed internships with the Alpine Group, a midsize government consulting firm, and the Office of Congressman Gene Green before joining The O’Riordan Bethel Law Firm. Ms. Piercy is fluent in Spanish.
Eileene McKee joined the O’Riordan Bethel Law Firm in May 2015 as an Administrative Assistant. After leaving to study abroad at the University of Melbourne, Ms. McKee returned to the firm in the summer of 2016 as a Paralegal. Ms. McKee provides administrative and paralegal support to the firm and helps with special projects. Originally from Philadelphia, she graduated from George Washington University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Public Health.
Paris So joined The O'Riordan Bethel Law Firm in 2017. She graduated with a B.A. in International Politics with a minor in music from Brigham Young University and a M.A. in International Affairs from American University. She started her international career as an intern with the US Mission to the UN in Geneva, Switzerland and has worked as a consultant on high level projects with the Office of the Secretary of Defense and other components within the Department of Defense as an Intelligence and FOIA analyst. Additionally, she worked as a consultant at the Security Exchange Commission and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on the Fukushima, Japan nuclear accident project. She provides paralegal support and advises the business development team on matters relating to FOIA personnel and accessing FOIA contracts.
